Malcolm Earles

Earles began his practice as a financial advisor at Edward Jones, providing investment solutions to long-term individual investors.

Mal has over 32 years of financial management experience assisting soldiers and their families with budgeting and financial advice.

He has executive level experience coordinating programs internationally with Chief Executive Officers, College Presidents, Commanding Generals, the State Department and Foreign Ministers.  As a Program Manager for the Army Corps of Engineers, he was responsible for developing and executing programs on a global scale while maintaining a budget ranging from $100 million to $1.8 billion.

He has held leadership positions with Belden Wire, Central Piedmont Community College and the Army Corps of Engineers.  He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who has commanded units in Iraq, Germany, and Korea.

Mal holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College.

His awards include the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, numerous service and campaign ribbons.
