Daniel Jakobovits

20150422_103208 (2)Daniel has served as a financial advocate for his clients for over 8 years.

Serving the business market, Daniel is a retirement plan specialist providing § 3(38) investment management services for company sponsored retirement plans.  His major responsibilities include planning and conducting fiduciary audits, retirement plan reviews, and compliance studies. He provides investment advice for individual clients, corporations, their employees and owners.

Daniel highlights the disparity between brokers and true advisers, educating the public about the financial industry’s conflicts of interest and fixing broken retirement plans.

He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington in May, 1994.

Daniel has a special interest in therapy dogs, and has served as a member of a not-for-profit organization that trains canines to become therapy dogs to visit nursing homes, hospitals and children’s homes.  He is training his current boxer, Roxy, to be a therapy dog.
